Contestant Rules
Kugels must not include any meat and/or shellfish products.
Ingredient list needs to be printed and visible at the event.
The kugel needs to be fully cooked prior to the event.
Kugels cannot be heated up or refrigerated at the event.
Kugels should be portioned out prior to the event (information on number of portions will be provided closer to the date of event).
Plates and utensils will be provided by Temple Beth-El.
Entrants will arrive at the Temple with sufficient time before the start of the event to set up their area.
Entrants will remain with their Kugels (and serve) until the official tasting part of the event has concluded.
Contestants should bring at least one 9x12 pan of kugel, portioned at a bite or two per serving.
Contestants should arrive by about 5pm to help set up their area.
