Death & Mourning

Experiencing the death of a loved one is sensitive and complex. We provide support to our all members of our community during this transition with small touches and powerful traditions in times of loss and grief.  Rabbi Moritt officiates at funerals and can help you understand and implement other meaningful Jewish mourning practices. Our community also arranges and conducts shiva services for our members who have lost a loved one. If you are facing end-of-life decisions, our rabbi is also available for counseling. Of course, our weekly services are always a warm and supportive place to recite the Mourner’s Kaddish.
